	We offer accounting and auditing services for companies include the filing of income taxes, company balances and
services at the Revenue Department.


	Our accountancy services are provided by qualified and certified accountants and corresponding audits are conducted
by registered uditors.


	Most limited companies must be registered for VAT if conducting business and providing services in any venue.
Should you fail to register on the due dates, penalties and interest may be incurred. Thus, we provide the following services :
	VAT Registration for Thai companies operating in THAILAND.
	VAT Registration for Overseas companies or Branches trading or maintaining important business links in THAILAND

	The directors of a limited company have a statutory duty to maintain proper books of accounts and to prepare annual
financial statements. We provide those services and, in addition, we carry out an audit and perform other relevant statutory duties,
in accordance with The Revenue Act.


	A limited company is liable for corporation tax on its net profits (after deducting all business expenses, including
directors' remuneration). The directors and the shareholders are not personally liable for the tax. A limited company pays
corporation tax at the prevailing basic rate on its net profits up to the current lower limit, with a higher rate after the lower limit
subject to a marginal relief on profits between the lower limit and the upper limit.
